These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Best Hosting WordPress, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1390 Market Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA (the "Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing, accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide shared NVMe SSD WordPress hosting accounts, each consisting of one (1) dedicated cPanel account. Each plan includes the resources listed on the pricing page at /pricing.html. We are a hosting provider — not a cPanel reseller program — and we sell hosting directly to end customers.

2. Orders, payment & receipts

Payments are processed by PayPal. Hosting plans are billed as one-time payments for the service period stated on the pricing page. Promotional bundles (combining a domain and hosting) are subject to the specific conditions disclosed at checkout. After a successful payment we issue a proof-of-payment receipt by email and via your account. This receipt is not a fiscal or tax invoice.

3. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, malware, phishing, spam or copyright infringement.
  • No use of resources that materially degrades service for other customers.
  • No bulk or unsolicited commercial email without prior written authorization.
  • You are responsible for your content and for the security of your cPanel password.

4. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and to allow data export before deletion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to your registered address and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
